Production Time:
In-stock items will ship 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship 4-8 weeks after purchase, and you will receive an ETA within 7 business days of purchase.
If your order is a rush, please email payton@cartersjewelry.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
Shipping:
We will send you an email with tracking as soon as your item ships. Signature is required upon delivery of the item. Carter’s Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. Carter’s Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any weather or technical issues within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for additional shipping costs.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at cartersjewelry.com, standard in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the first delivery attempt. Merchandise must be in original condition; we do not accept any returns with signs of wear or damage. We do not accept returns on any custom or altered items; including, but not limited to, custom sizings, engravings, and special orders.
To return an item, you must first speak with a representative at Carter’s Jewelry to obtain a return authorization number. Items being returned must be insured for shipping through your local postal carrier. Please note that Carter’s Jewelry cannot be held liable for shipping or insurance charges associated with return shipping. For security purposes, do not write ‘jewelry’ anywhere on the outside of the package.
